Criteria for exchange or refunds:

•  All returns must be made within 30 working days of the invoice date 
•  Item is in its original condition (unless product has defects)
•  Sale items are not eligible for exchange or credit.
•  Jewelries, Accessories, Underwear’s and Socks are not eligible for exchange or credit on return.
 

Our returning process:
 
•  On receiving your exchange/return enquiry we ask you for your selected choice of decision.
•  Once you confirm your decision, we will prepare your exchange/return.
•  Once we received your returned item(s) we will examine for signage of usage or damages
•  If item(s) is in original condition we will initiate your exchange/return, if not we will notify you of the situation.
 

Credit refunds
 
The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method e.g if you paid by credit card, refunds will be paid back into that credit card or if you use creditors  such as Afterpay, Zip pay or Laybuy refunds will be paid via those methods.
 
If you have question when you will received your refund, please contact your creditors, because once we make the refund we have no control over how your creditors process your refund.
 Gift cards refunds or exchanges We do not give refund or exchange for gift card. 
Instore purchase - Received wrong item, item have defects, exchange or refunds
 
Bring back into the store along with receipt , ensure the item(s) haven't been worn and are in a condition that we can still sell them (that means we need the tags too). 


Online Order - Received wrong item or item have defects:

Contact us immediately so we can send you a digital prepaid NZ Post slip, so you can just print it out and stick onto the return package and drop it off to your local NZ Post shop, or if you are locally in the area you can simply bring it into our Henderson store for an exchange.
 
Please make sure the item(s) haven't been worn and are in a condition that we can still sell them (that means we need the tags too) so please packed it carefully and remember to have your order numbers. 


Online Order - Change of Mind or bought the wrong item 

Contact us immediately, and let us know if you want to exchange for another item (subject to product availability) or just a credit refund. 
Note we do not exchange or give credit refund to item(s) that showed signed of been used or damage. 
Returns are at the cost of the purchaser and remain the responsibility of the purchaser until received by All Out Co. 
We recommend you send your package on a tracked service so you are able to track the whereabouts of your return item.  
All Out Co is not liable for returns lost in transit that have not been tracked.  
Any exchanges will be sent back to the purchaser and  will be at the purchasers expense. 
You must include a prepaid courier ticket in your return or We will not send your item back to you. 
If item was purchase during our free shipping promotion (The shipping cost will be deducted from your refunded credits)
If you are locally in the area you can simply bring it into our Henderson store for an exchange.
 

 Returning information 

•  Parcel is packed properly to prevent damages
•  Item is in its original condition (unless product has defects)
•  Returns must include your order number, name, email address
•  Returns must include a prepaid tracked courier ticket or courier bag.  
•  We recommend using a tracked courier service for any returns.
•  Sale items are not eligible for exchange or credit.
•  Underwear and Socks (if opened) are not eligible for exchange or credit on return.
