1. How do I order?
In order to make a purchase at alloutcustoms.co.nz you must follow these 5 steps.
Step 1. Select item and checkout
Step 2. Enter Details
Step 3. State your sizing (if required)
Step 4 .Choose Shipping/payment method.
Step 5. Check that all information is correct on the landing page and authorize the purchase.

3. When do you debit the money?
We debit the money right on completion of your order.

5. Do we deliver to your country?
We deliver to all countries; you can find the list of countries under the heading "Postage and Shipping".If your country is not on the list, please contact us.

6. Will you pay customs duty on the items?
All Out Customs takes no responsibilities for Tax or Duty charges in your home country. Tax and Customs duty rules differ from country to country, we recommend you to contact your local customs authorities.

7. What is the delivery time?
We dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days from placing the order.
A longer delivery time can arise if an item is not in the warehouse at the time the order is placed.

The delivery time for your country via (standard Post):
-New Zealand 1-5 Working days
-Australia 3-10 Working days
-Other Country  3-28 Working days

(Express Post) only available for International Shipping
-Australia 2-5 Working days
-Other Country  2-5 Working days

All orders ordered after 1pm On Friday NZ time will be process on the following Monday

8. Can I change my order?
If your order has not been dispatched you must contact us as quickly as possible, then we will try to help.

9. An error has occurred, what should I do?
Unfortunately errors can occur. If an error has occurred you must contact our customer service department, with your order number via sales@alloutcustoms.co.nz who will investigate the matter as quickly as possible.
