1. How do I order?
In order to make a purchase at please use the following steps.

Step 1. Create an account via link
Step 2. Search for item using the Category menu on the left or Use the search bar on your top right.
Step 3. Select item and checkout (Kart logo on the top right)
Step 4. Check your details or Enter new details.
Step 5. Choose Shipping & Payment method.
Step 6. Check that all information is correct on the landing page and authorize the purchase.

2. How do I pay?
You can pay with Visa, MasterCard Q-Card, Prezzie Card and all major Debit Card or simply with PayPal.

3. When do you debit the money?
We debit the money right on completion of your order.

4. What will I pay for Postage?
Postage prices are listed under the heading "Shipping Method" when you check out.

5. Do you deliver to my country?
We deliver to all countries; you can find the list of countries under the heading " Shipping Method ". If your country is not on the list, please contact us.

6. Will you pay customs duty on the items?
All Out Customs takes no responsibilities for Tax or Duty charges in your home country. Tax and Customs duty rules differ from country to country, we recommend you to contact your local customs authorities.

7. When do you pack my order(s)?
We pack all orders within 1-2 days from the time of receiving your order.
A longer delivery time can arise if an item is not in the warehouse at the time the order is placed. 

8. I selected "Click and Collect" when will I receive my order?
You will receive an email from the store to inform you, your pick up is ready for collecting,
this could take anytime between 1hr to 24hrs.

9. I selected  "Click and Collect" can I change it to be deliver?
Yes you can, please email and we will arrange it for you.

10. When will I receive my order?

The delivery time via standard Post as follow:
- New Zealand           
- Auckland 1-3 Working Days
- North Island 1-5 Working days
- South Island 2-7 Working days
- Australia 3-10 Working days
- Other Countries 3-28 Working days

(Express Post) only available for International Shipping
- Australia 2-5 Working days
- Other Countries 2-5 Working days

The operating days are as follow:
All Order(s) place after 1pm on Friday, through to Sunday will be posted out on the following Monday.All Order(s) place on any working days after 1pm will be sent out the next working day. 

11. I have received a tracking number but I cannot track my order.
Your tracking shows "No tracking history or has no information available. This is because your parcel has not yet been picked up or scan into the courier service(s) system.

12. Can I change my order?

If your order has not been dispatched you must contact us as quickly as possible, then we will try to help.

13. An error has occurred, what should I do?
Unfortunately errors can occur. If an error has occurred you must contact our customer service department, with your order number via who will investigate the matter as quickly as possible.
